General Policies
If canceled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled later will be charged the first night.
In case of no-show will be charged 100% of the total booking price.
If you need to change the date of your reservation please send an e-mail to lmmdhd@gmail.com indicating the arrival date of your reservation and the new dates. We only accept changes received by e-mail. Telephone calls are not accepted for cancellation.
Any change of dates depends on room availability. To the changes that are required 15 or more days prior to arrival date, we will keep the deposit made before the guest, and send you a new confirmation. Changes requested less than 15 days notice imply a 50% increase in its deposit made to secure your reservation.
Prepayment: To confirm your reservation you must make a deposit of 100% of the first night value.
Please note that the reservation is not guaranteed until we have received payment of 100% of the first night value, and the guest has received confirmation of your reservation of the Dukes Corner Guest House.
At check-in you will be asked for the total amount for your stay. After payment the guest will receive the keys to your room.
The payment includes the rental of clean and furnished room, with bed linens and bath towels, as well as electricity, water and daily cleaning, breakfast, WiFi and cable TV.

If you cancel after 12:00 AM local time, 15 day (s) before date of arrival, the cancellation fee is 1 night (s) of the total stay.
